Shipping policy
- Pre order items upto 6 weeks but will do our best to have the order earlier
- In stock items will be dispatched with in 24-48 hour of orders
- Free shipping over £50
- Any next day delivery on Friday after 1pm will be posted out Monday . Same applies for bank holidays
- Personalised item will be processed with 7 working days if you would like update on your items do not hesitate to contact us
Return & Exchange policy
Embroidery by us hope that all your orders are well and you re happy with them, however in the event that you need to return an item we do have a policy that we have to follow. We offer full refunds to NON PERSONALISED ITEMS , as long items come in original state with tags and labels.
We don't offer refunds on PERSONALISED/EMBROIDERED orders . If in the event that we have made a mistake or the item is damaged from our end , please contact us with 7 days of items being delivered with photo evidence of what is wrong with item
All items must be returned within 14 days of delivery date
Please note that the buyer will be responsible for returned postage costs. We recommend a tracked method.
