All our items are made with love and care. We stand behind our work and we are using high quality materials and fabrics that create each item.

 

Return

Embroidery by us hope that all your orders are well and you re happy with them,  however in the event that you need to return an item we do have a policy that we have to follow. We offer full refunds to NON PERSONALISED ITEMS , as long items come in original state with tags and labels. 

We don't offer refunds on PERSONALISED/EMBROIDERED orders . If in the event that we have made a mistake or the item is damaged from our end , please contact us with 7 days of items being delivered with photo evidence of what is wrong with item 

All items must be returned within 14 days of  delivery date 

Please note that the buyer will be responsible for returned postage costs. We recommend a tracked method.
